The new Board of Directors of Roads Authority (RA) has vowed to prioritise completion of the road construction projects as contained in phase two of the Harambee Prosperity Plan. This was revealed by Lily Brandt, RA's new Board Chairperson who takes over from long-serving predecessor Brian Katjaerua.
