The newly sworn-in Independent Patriots for Change (IPC) councillor at Walvis Bay Leroy Victor wants independent auditors to launch a forensic investigation into the alleged missing N$24 million from council coffers. The funds were allegedly lost through the massive urban land servicing project launched in 2017.
