The National Fishing Corporation's (Fishcor) suspended chief executive officer, Mike Nghipunya is expected in the Windhoek Magistrate Court on 24 and 25 November. Nghipunya is expected for his plea and start of a trial on charges of culpable homicide, reckless and negligent driving and failure to report an accident relating to a motor vehicle accident which occurred three years ago.
