The National Housing Enterprise (NHE) has started with the housing construction and upgrading of the informal settlements under an agreement initiative between the City of Windhoek and the Ministry of Urban and Rural Development. The housing enterprise officially handed over one of its informal settlement upgrading technical sites in Otjomuise's Agste Laan Informal Settlement on Tuesday.
