The Kavango West Regional Council says the Namibia Industrial Development Agency (NIDA) has no capacity to manage the Mangetti Cattle Ranch on a commercial basis. This follows a visit to the areas by the councillors, who reported that they found cattle allegedly dying on a daily basis. However, NIDA earlier only confirmed five cattle died on the ranch.
