The Namibian Institute of Public Administration and Management, (NIPAM) is racing against time to transform the public service as envisaged in the Harambee Prosperity Plan. In this regard, NIPAM signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Namibia Standards Institution (NSI) to scale up training for public and civil servants.
