Namibia has not recorded any new COVID-19 cases. Head of Case Management Dr Theo-Ben Kandetu provided an update on the current state of COVID-19 in Namibia at the COVID-19 Communication Centre. Dr Kandetu says 437 samples have been tested so far and 105 people are in mandatory quarantine across the country. The confirmed cases remain at 16, of which three have recovered and are already discharged. No deaths are recorded so far. Of the 13 active cases, all patients are doing well and six of them will be tested on two more occasions to see how they are recovering.
