NORED has inaugurated a five megavolt amperes (MVA) sub-station at Outapi worth N$6 million. Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister of Mines and Energy Kornelia Shilunga, encouraged the northern regional electricity distributor to keep investing in infrastructure for the betterment of society.
