Business people in the gaming and entertainment industry in northern Namibia have called on the Minister of Environment, Forestry and Tourism, Pohamba Shifeta, to review the regulations Gaming and Entertainment Control Amendment Act. The new Act stipulates that gambling machines should be registered and fitted with a tracking device so that the state can benefit from the generated revenue from the machines.
