Cabinet has directed the National Planning Commission (NPC) to spearhead the mainstreaming of the National Plan of Action on Youth Employment into National Development plans and strategies This follows a number of recommendations by the Targeted Review Report on Youth Unemployment, which was launched by Vice-President Nangolo Mbumba at State House. The Targeted Review Report was produced by the African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM) of which Namibia is a member.
