The Namibia Students Financial Assistance Fund (NSFAF) has vowed to institute legal action against debtors, who contacted the fund under the pretence of arranging to repay the loans, whilst their actual intention was to avoid publication of their names. Last year NSFAF announced that they will publish names of former loan beneficiaries who have not honoured their loan repayments as one of the measures to recover them. According to Acting Chief Executive Officer Kennedy Kandume, they received a substantial number of calls from previous beneficiaries who did not keep their end of the deal.
