The Namibia Students Financial Assistance Fund (NSFAF) is encouraging institutions of higher learning, whether private or public, to leverage internet infrastructure put up by Government at the University of Namibia (UNAM) and the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST). NSFAF's senior manager of communication and marketing Percy Tjahere made the call at the COVID-19 Communication Centre in Windhoek today.
