The National Union of Namibian Workers (NUNW) wants employers to take full legal and financial liability for any injury, ill health, loss and or death suffered by any employee, as a result of forced vaccination. This follows a decision by NAMCOR for its employees to be subjected to mandatory vaccination, despite the government's position that inoculation remains voluntary pending a review of existing laws.
