Ohangwena Governor Walde Ndevashiya, says the region is well on track to attain it's set developmental goals despite persisting socio-economic challenges. Ndevashiya delivered his State of Region Address (SORA) which largely centered around the second Harambee Prosperity Plan (HPP II).
