Over the past number of years residents of the Ohangwena Region, particularly from the eastern parts, have been surviving on water wells that at times are not fit for human consumption. During his familiarisation visit to Oshikunde Constituency, Ohangwena Governor Walde Ndevashiya says he discovered that a lot of resources and efforts has been made to address the challenge of water scarcity in the region.
