A 41-kilometre district stretch of the Okahandja-Okandjira-Ovitoto road has been successfully upgraded from gravel to tar at a cost of N$95.4 million. Opening the road, Otjozondjupa Regional Governor James Uerikua says this development signals the Government's agenda of poverty eradication among rural communities who will now have access to economic opportunities.
