A war veteran, Urbanus Hishitile, from Ohambalanganga Village in Outapi Constituency, is living in deplorable conditions and is in dire need of a decent house. The 79-year-old Hishitile has been on the housing list of the war veterans since 2011 but has not received a house up to date.
