A 53-year-old Ondangwa-based businessman Otto Shikomba was denied bail on a charge of rape when he appeared in the Ondangwa Magistrate's Court. Shikomba was arrested on Wednesday for the alleged rape of a 23-year-old woman at a guest house in the same town. Shikomba, who is being represented by Lawyer Sisa Namandje, is remanded in custody and his case was postponed to the 12th of April to allow for further investigations and a formal bail application.
