Operations at hospitals normalise after COVID-19 surge

Most hospitals across the country have returned to normal operations after being overwhelmed by the COVID-19 pandemic over the past three months. Additionally, special facilities created to curb the pandemic are almost empty. While attributing this to a combined effort by both government and the public, the health Minister has cautioned the nation not to remain cautious as the pandemic is still among us. Dr Kalumbi Shangula was speaking at the handover ceremony of medical supplies donated by the United Nations (UN) agencies.
