The Oshakati Town Council is seeking to address the growing number of informal settlements as well as the harm caused by annual flooding at the town during its 2020/21 financial year. The town's budget of N$186 million will also see the electrification of households, and servicing of both residential and business erven to mitigate the shortages recorded over the past few years.
