While Namibia is making good progress in meeting United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) 90-90-90 targets and eliminating HIV, there are a few pockets of those defaulting on treatment, which could, in the long run, reverse the gains made. The health directorate in the Oshana Region is however making sure that those who test positive for the virus are put on treatment immediately if need be.
