Okakarara Constituency Councillor, Ramana Mutjavikua says the recent infrastructure damages caused by heavy rain and hailstorms will hamper the envisioned dream of the Otjituuo Settlement to become a Village Council. Mutjavikua said this after an assessment visit to the area this week.
