Otjozondjupa Governor James Uerikua wants the Okahandja-Otjiwarongo-Otavi road turned into a dual carriageway to help mitigate continued carnages and fatalities along the B1 national road. Uerikua made the plea during a courtesy call by National Road Safety Council that is currently in the region assessing road activities and inspecting vehicles' roadworthiness during the festive season.
