The outgoing Chairperson of SADC says Mozambique has demonstrated that silencing of guns in Africa is not mere rhetoric but achievable. President Hage Geingob, who witnessed the signing of a pledge by Mozambican government and opposition party, RENAMO to conduct peaceful elections, affirmed the region's support towards implementing provisions of the pledge.
