The Community of Ovinjuru Village in the Omaheke Region's Epukiro Constituency is partnering with non-governmental organisations to construct a multi-million dollar community daycare centre. Project founder Floyd Hambira announced the development during a site visit at Ewe-Retu Day Care Center over the weekend
