The Ministry of Environment had a tough time answering questions from the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Constitutional and Legal Affairs during a public hearing on the Bwabwata National Park. The hearing follows a petition by the Hambukushu Traditional Authority, demanding a review of the proclamation of the Bwabwata as a National Park.
