The Parliamentary Standing Committee on natural resources on Tuesday held a hearing to consider RECON Africa's oil exploration. A pressure group, Saving Okavango's Unique Life (SOUL) had petitioned the lawmakers, asking their intervention to stop the ongoing exploration for oil and gas in the two Kavango regions.
