The Popular Democratic Movement's (PDM) MP Timotheus Ndumba says the Kavango East State of the Region Address (SORA) fell short of addressing the real state of the region. Ndumba says Governor Bonifatius Wakudumo failed to emphasise issues of poverty, youth unemployment and the shortage of basic services in the region.
