Persons leaving Walvis Bay, Swakopmund and Arandis local authority areas to other parts of the country, will be quarantined for 14 days at their own cost. Health and Social Services Minister Dr Kalumbi Shangula says those providing critical goods and services, are however exempted from this requirement.
