Prime Minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila said the Government has done a lot in the past 30 years, including the decentralisation of functions in so doing, bringing services closer to the people. Kuugongelwa-Amadhila, therefore, called on the inhabitants of Outapi to give SWAPO another mandate to continue with its developmental programmes.
