President Hage Geingob has commended the United Nations (UN) for its role in the decolonisation of Namibia, and for maintaining peace, development and human security. He said the UN, through its specialised agencies, continues to be a partner in Namibia's developmental journey. Namibia, he says, will continue to champion a stronger multilateral system as the solution to shared challenges, such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
