Namibia’s Presidency on Friday announced that President Hage Geingob will attend the funeral service of the late Winnie Madikizela-Mandela in Johannesburg, South Africa. President Geingob, who described Madikizela-Mandela as “selfless and the epitome of resistance”, will deliver a statement in her honour at the official funeral at Orlando Stadium, Soweto on Saturday. The President departs early Saturday and will return the same day after the funeral proceedings.
