President Hage Geingob said he is engaging his Botswana counterpart, Mokgweetsi Masisi on that country's shoot to kill policy. Geingob said this in a speech read on his behalf at the memorial service of the four fishermen killed by the Botswana Defence Force (BDF) near the Chobe River.
