Ministry of Public Enterprises says the outcome of Air Namibia aircraft lease agreement negotiations was successful, considering the lessor could legitimately have demanded more from Namibia than what was finally agreed and paid. The ministry says, contracted local law firm, Engling, Stritter and Partners for legal support, while UK-based ICF Consulting was roped in to provide specialist aviation expertise that were not available locally.
