Qatar has lauded Namibia's stability and sound governance as a catalyst for economic development, especially in the mining and tourism sectors. President Hage Geingob and the Amir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, held closed-door bilateral talks at Amiri Diwan in Doha.
