Rally for Democratic and Progress (RDP), says it will plough back income derived from the natural resources in the Erongo Region to develop the region. Addressing a rally at Omaruru, the party's vice-president, Kennedy Shekupakela says an RDP-led government will also focus on building more vocational training centres to aid the country in becoming a developed nation.
