The Independent Patriots for Change (IPC) Councilor for Swakopmund Constituency, Ciske Howard-Smith says her recent suspension by the party leader is repressive because the party constitution was not followed. Ciske Howard-Smith told NBC News that no investigation into her alleged misconduct was carried out, to warrant the suspension.
