Windhoek City Councillors serving on the Basic Services Provision Sub-Committee have given residents of 8ste Laan's 3374 block until the end of December to rebuild or move their houses and structures according to the city's approved plans. The city has been planning to electrify the area, but the manner in which the structures are set up is a challenge for this development.
