Ricardo Gustavo, one of 10 accused persons in the fishing corruption scandal, #Fishrot, has re-appeared before judge Herman Oosthuizen in the Windhoek High Court in a fresh bid to be released on bail, based on new grounds. However, state attorney, Cliff Lutibezi is objecting against the granting of bail, arguing that Gustavo faces 12 serious charges, and may flee the country, and interfere with witnesses or the investigation.
