The Road Fund Administration (RFA) is hopeful its new five-year business plan will see revenues increase from the current N$2,4 billion to N$3,2 billion in order to optimally maintain national roads. This was revealed during a stakeholders' consultation in Windhoek to discuss the new strategy.
