Non-payment of water bills by residents of Rundu has resulted in pleas by the mayor at just about every opportunity he gets, to call on them to pay up. Rundu Mayor Gabriel Kanyanga made yet another such request during a function hosted by the Seventh Day Adventist Church over the weekend.
