The South African Development Community (SADC) Secretariat are urged to give greater attention to activities that impact on people's lives. The Permanent Secretary in the Office of the Prime Minister I-Ben Nashandi, called for this, at the official opening of the SADC Regional Disaster Preparedness and Response Planning Workshop, held in Windhoek.
