Minister of Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety and Security, Frans Kapofi has apologised for the violent clash earlier this month between #ShutItAllDown protesters and law enforcement officers. The protesters had a violent confrontation while marching through the streets in the capital, calling on the government to pronounce gender-based violence a state of emergency.
