SASSCAL works on ways to restore wetlands' ecosystem

Wetlands are disappearing at a faster rate, with researchers estimating that the world has lost a third of this ecosystem over the past 45 years Environmentalists say this situation is a cause for concern. It is for this reason, that the Southern African Science Service Centre for Climate Change and Adaptive Land Management (SASSCAL) is working on ways to effectively monitor and possibly restore these ecosystems.
