Oshana Region resident, Vicky Joel started the school 'Circle of Hope' to offer hope to learners with autism in the northern regions. Situated at the Ongwediva, Elcin Centre, the school is home to 16 learners. Autism is a neuro-developmental disorder, associated with challenges in communication, behaviour, delayed speech, and social interaction.
