Schools that offer pre-vocational studies are hampered in their execution of the reformed school curriculum, despite showing innovation and pushing to ensure learners are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. This was the observation by Education Minister Anna Nghipondoka, upon visiting a number of such schools in the Oshana Region - including Andimba Toivo ya Toivo, Okatana Secondary School and Mweshipandeka Secondary School.
