Guards working for various security companies staged a demonstration in front of the Ministry of Labour, Industrial Relations and Employment Creation, in protest over what they termed, overdue salary increments. The security guards claimed not to have received an increase, since the minimum wage for security guards came into effect in 2016/2017.
