Seven-seater operators at Swakopmund are furious about the N$4 000 traffic tickets they are slapped with at roadblocks. The Ministry of Works and Transport recently addressed representatives of commercial seven-seater operators, assuring them that those with commuter permits would be allowed to carry out their business.
