A number of people who tested positive for COVID-19 and their contacts in the Erongo Region are said to be dodging the authorities to take them to isolation and quarantine facilities. Regional Health Director, Anna Jonas says those tested positive are normally picked up by an ambulance. However, she says, some of them switch off their phones or provide wrong details.
