A man who hasn't walked for 52 years was assisted when samaritans from across the country raised funds to get him a modified wheelchair. 65-year-old Simon Paulus from Omatangela Village in Ohangwena Region lost his limbs at the age of 13 due to polio. In addition to the customised wheelchair, building materials were also bought to finish the incomplete house structure.
